Protection

 

Some of you may need to be reminded about protection and bringing in the light. Here is a basic protection technique that you could use.

If saying out loud obviously say all this before your client gets there. But it is just as effective if repeated in your head. 

Just as you wouldn’t walk across a busy road blindfolded, always use the spiritual protection, that only takes a few seconds to bring in. It is invaluable!

A BASIC PROTECTION TECHNIQUE

1. "I visualise this building surrounded by a beautiful, golden/white light, of the Divine Source, entering in through the doors and windows, filling this building in its entirety, dispelling all negativity and totally protecting me/us."

2. " I ask that the Spiritual Doorkeeper only let through, those of the Highest and I state that I use my spiritual/psychic gifts, always for the Highest!"

3. Now visualise yourself inside a protective egg shape (auric egg) of golden/white light. Inside this protective eggshell, at your front and rear, place a power symbol such as a cross, six pointed star or ankh. This protective auric egg shell will deflect all negative energies, but allows positive energies through.

4. If you feel unsure of any spiritual beings, tell them to depart. Your power is always greater than theirs. Repeat several times if required "Please leave and return to the light, in grace and with love and light"

Grounding

 

This is a general guidance to aid you on your Spiritual journey and as with all journey work most of us need to find our own Truth. These are guidelines, you may disagree or feel uncomfortable about some of them, if you do let us know your truth and we will include them too. 

 

Here are a few benefits of being grounded.

  • Increases balance and stability in our physical and emotional state.
  • Helps to increase a sense of purpose and strength.
  • Helps to create an earthing link between Spirit and matter.
  • Helps to provide a channel to release negative / stagnant energy.
  • Helps to accomplish higher Spiritual levels.
  • Helps to keep your patient grounded also.

What to look out for - Some common signs of not being grounded.  

  • Feeling Dizzy or Sick
  • Obsessive Daydreaming or a feeling of being 'Spaced Out'
  • Weight gain
  • Clumsiness
  • Being extra sensitive to noise and light
  • Forgetfulness
  • Carrying the emotional baggage of your clients.

(Remember as you would instruct your clients... If in doubt always consult your GP) 

Being more grounded - Some ways to sense that you are on terra firma!

  • Eating a balanced and healthy diet. Plenty of fruit and veg!
  • Drinking water - still not fizzy
  • Walking, especially in beautiful natural countryside or just around your garden. Any where you sense nature. 
  • Exercise such as walking, cycling, yoga or tai chi.
  • Getting your hands in the earth. Gardening
  • Walking the dog, stroking a cat
  • Colour work - see yourself surrounded in good earthy colours like terracotta, dark browns, earthly reds
  • Crystals - carry a crystal. i.e Red Jasper, Bloodstone, Hematite, Tigers Eye, Carnelian.  
  • Roots Visualisation - Visualise roots growing out the soles of your feet, sending them into the centre of the earth.
